Ingredients:
16 ounces whole grain spaghetti
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil. chopped
zest of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
Cook pasta al dente and drain. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve over bed of spinach.
