Chinese Cream Corn Soup

Ingredients:

1 (15 ounce) can cream style corn
1-3/4 cups vegetable stock
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
salt, to taste
white pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped

In a saucepan, combine corn, stock, salt, pepper and sugar. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and water together and stir into the soup. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil. Garnish with green onion.
