Black Eyed Pea Salad

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cup black eyed peas
1 large tomato, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1/3 cup green bell pepper
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, minced
juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning

Toss all ingredients together. Chill before serving.
