Greek Salad

Ingredients:

2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cucumber, diced
10 kalamata olives, pitted
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
vegan feta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons fresh dill (optional)
salt and black pepper, to taste

Arrange the vegetables on a plate and top with the cheese. Drizzle the oil and vinegar over it and sprinkle with the oregano, dill, salt, and pepper.
