Herbed Oil and Vinegar Dip

Ingredients:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon basil
2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
a pinch of black pepper

Mix all ingredients together and store in a sealed bottle. Refrigerate overnight and shake well before serving. Store in refrigerator.

Serve on salad or with italian or french bread.
