Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
3/4 cup pomegranate arils
3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
1 tablespoon date molasses
1 tablespoon honey
salt and black pepper, to taste
Toss the lettuce with the pomegranate and sesame. Whisk remaining ingredients together and toss with the salad before serving.
