Ingredients:
1 cup baking flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon flax meal
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup applesauce
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chocolate chunks
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Combine all the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts, then the vinegar.
Bake in a loaf pan at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before flipping.
