Mixed Greens and Herb Salad with Figs and Walnuts

Ingredients:

4 cups mixed greens
1 cup herbs (mint, parsley, dill, and chives)
4 black figs, thinly sliced
1/3 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
1 shallot, minced
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and black pepper, to taste


Toss the greens and herbs together. Divide between plates and top with the figs and walnuts.

Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle over the salad. Serve immediately.
