Pesto Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Asparagus

Ingredients:

shell or penne pasta, cooked to al dente
asparagus, roasted in oil, salt, and pepper
pesto sauce
sun dried tomatoes, julienne
vegan mozzarella

Toss pasta with asparagus, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, and the vegan mozzarella. Garnish with parmesan if desired.
