Peach Walnut Loaf

Ingredients:

1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons honey
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cup fresh peach, diced
2/3 cup walnuts, chopped

Cream butter, sugar, and honey. Ad eggs one at a time and stir in milk and vanilla. Gradually add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Fold in peaches and walnuts. Pour into lightly greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
