Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegan butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg replacer
2 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup raisins
Combine dry ingredients thoroughly and add the remaining ingredients. Fold in the raisins.
Divide dough and roll into balls. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
