Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
1 leek, chopped
1 teaspoon oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 carrot, chopped
1 turnip, chopped
1 potato, peeled and chopped
vegetable stock
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon thyme
1-1/2 cup navy beans
a wedge of cabbage, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
2/3 cup passata
polish style sausage, sliced and chicken pieces
Cook onion, leek, and garlic in the oil and add the carrot. When they are cooked, add the turnip, potato, and stock. Cover and bring to simmer. Add the salt and pepper as well as the herbs and cook until potatoes are tender. Add the beans, cabbage, tomatoes, passata, and chicken, and sausage. Garnish with more parsley if desired.
