Ingredients:
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and broken
1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
5 persian cucumbers, thinly sliced into rounds
3 green onions, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup mint, chopped
1/2 cup dill, chopped
1/4 tarragon, chopped (optional)
feta, cut into small cubes
juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon sumac
Combine all ingredients and serve.
