Mango Lassi

 Ingredients:

1 cup mango chunks
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup milk
a pinch of saffron
vanilla, to taste
a pinch of cardamom
1/2 teaspoon rosewater

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, adding more milk to reach desired consistency.
