Ingredients:
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oat flour
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dried currants or cranberries
2/3 cup oat milk
1 tablespoon egg replacer
125 grams vegan butter, melted
Toss the dry ingredients together and add the liquids. Combine well and shape into a circle on the baking mat. Score into 8 wedges and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
