Ingredients:
2 cups carrot juice
3/4 cups coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon rum extract
coconut sugar or agave, to taste
Combine all ingedients and shake well. Chill before serving.
