Ingredients:
2 tablespoons tahini
1-1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
a pinch of garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1/2 teaspoon sriracha
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1 teaspoon chili oil
salt and white pepper
2 mandarins, sectioned
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
chicory, frisee, or endive, roughly chopped
1/3 cup cilantro
1/3 cup mint leaves
1 asian pear, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
sesame seeds, toasted
salt flakes and olive oil
Combine dressing ingredients and set aside.
Toss salad ingredients together (or arrange on a plate) and add the dressing. Drizzle with the olive oil and salt flakes.
