Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup chickpeas
1-1/2 cup black beans
1-1/2 cup corn
1 large cucumber, chopped
1-1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
5 small vidalia onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss together.
