Ingredients:
1 small green cabbage, shredded
2 green onioned, chopped
a pinch of garlic powder
1 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup mint, chopped
1/4 cup dill, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh zatar, chopped (optional)
juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and black pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients together and serve chilled.
