Ezme Salad

Ingredients:

2 tomatoes, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, minced
1 small bunch parsley, chopped
1 sprig mint, chopped
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sumac
salt, to taste

Place the ingredients in a colander as chopping, then transfer to a bowl. Alternately run the vegetables through a food processor until minced. Add the remaining ingredients and toss.

Serve with hot flatbread.
