Grape and Pomegranate Salad

Ingredients:

pomegranate
mixed greens
small seedless grapes
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
parsley, chopped
cilantro, chopped
1 package vegan halloumi, sliced
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Toss salad ingredients together.

Fry halloumi cheese on both sides until golden.

Toss salad with the dressing ingredients. Top with the halloumi slices.
