Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, sliced at an angle horizontally
1 mild red chili, thinly sliced
1-1/2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1-1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon agave
salt and black pepper, to taste
Toss all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
