Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups flour
2-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2-2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup vegan butter
6 ounces dark chocolate, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Place parchment paper on the base of baking pan and grease the sides.
Combine dry ingredients in a mixer and slowly add the remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
Blend all the frosting ingredients and allow cake to cool completely before frosting.
