Crunchy Kale Salad with Citrus Tahini Dressing

Ingredients:

4 cups kale, stems removed and torn into small pieces
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
1 cup green cabbage, shredded
1 medium granny smith apple, julienned
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/3 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup juice of orange
juice of half a lemon
1-1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
2-1/2 tablespoons tahini
salt
3 tablespoons olive oil

Throw the salad ingredients together, and toss with the dressing mixture.
